I got to the Command and Conquer optional bit... never played it since.
Same thoughts here. Demo was fun, DS2 was excellent... I'm certainly giving it a shot. I think people feel a little over entitled when it comes to gaming.

I never played Red Dead... I never seem to get around to it.
I don't have any male friends who aren't (uk based).
It was never top dog, but it produced some really great IP's and seemed to take more chances than a lot of companies. Unfortunatly this generation has killed off variety and some how gamers fear trying something new or different.

To troll you both I have just ordered this game. The demo was good.
I think it's more to do with the availability of guns than of games. I'm in the UK and there is an extremely low gun crime rate... because we can't have them without reason (farmers - shot guns).
It looks bat shit crazy, but it does look like fun!
It looks a bit ropey, but it had some fun looking elements. As long as the single player isn't effected then I have no problem with it.
